Cape Playhouse, America’s oldest professional summer theater. Finally,
if you’re seeking a day long excursion, hop on the mid-Cape highway
to the National Seashore Park in Eastham; or head in the other direction
for a boat trip to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. And don’t forget
whalewatching, with daily trips from Barnstable Harbor and Provincetown.

| How to Get Here Cross over the Sagamore bridge from Route 3 and follow Route 6 to Route 134 at Exit 9B. Continue approximately 3 miles to the light at Route 6A. Take a left on Route 6A, and travel 1/4 mile to the motel on the left. |

All rates quoted are per room/per night for up to 2 guests. Kids under 18 stay free! Each additional adult is 15/night. Room tax 9.7% additional.
- Arrival and Check-in: 2 PM to 8 PM. Please be sure to make special arrangements if you need to check-in after 8:00 PM. Check-out is 10:30 AM.
- Minimum Stay Requirements: There is a 2 night minimum in the Summer Season and on weekends (Friday or Saturday arrivals) in the Spring/ Fall.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Reservations: We welcome the opportunity to host your visit to Cape Cod. To hold your room, we ask for a deposit equal to one night or 50% of the total for longer stays. Any remaining balance plus a lodging tax of 9.7% will be charged upon arrival.
Cancellations and refunds: We guarantee your reservation with a confirmation notice sent upon receipt of your deposit. All cancellations will incur a $25 service charge. Any cancellation or change to your stay made at least 14 days in advance will be refunded less the processing fee. Cancellations or changes to your stay made less than 14 days in advance of your arrival date will be refunded less the processing fee only if we are able to re-rent your room reservation in its entirety. For multiple (2 or more) room reservations and long-term (more than 1 week) reservations we require 30 days advance notice.
All of our rooms are non-smoking.
