Cape Playhouse, America’s oldest professional summer theater. Finally,
if you’re seeking a day long excursion, hop on the mid-Cape highway
to the National Seashore Park in Eastham; or head in the other direction
for a boat trip to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. And don’t forget
whalewatching, with daily trips from Barnstable Harbor and Provincetown.

All rates quoted are per room/per night for up to 2 guests. Each additional person (adult or child) is $15/night
Arrival and Check-in: 2 PM to 8 PM. Please make special arrangements if you need to check-in after 8:00 PM.
Check-out is 10:30 AM
Minimum Stay Requirements: There is a 2 night minimum in the Summer Season and on weekends (Friday or Saturday arrivals) in the Spring and Fall.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Reservations: We welcome the opportunity to host your visit to Cape Cod. To hold your room, we ask for a deposit equal to one night or 50% of the total for longer stays. Any remaining balance plus a lodging tax of 9.7% will be charged upon arrival.
Cancellations and refunds: We guarantee your reservation with a confirmation notice sent upon receipt of your deposit. Any cancellation or change to your stay will be refunded with 14 days notice. Cancellations or changes to your stay made within 14 days or less of your arrival date will be refunded only if we are able to re-rent your room reservation in its entirety. For multiple (2 or more) room reservations and long-term (more than 1 week) reservations we must ask for 30 days advance notice. All cancellations will incur a $25 service charge.
All of our rooms are non-smoking.
