for a boat trip to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. And don’t forget
whalewatching, with daily trips from Barnstable Harbor and Provincetown.

| Reservation & Cancellation Policies: A stay of one night requires advance payment in full to guarantee a room. A 50% deposit is required for two or more nights. A refund will be made only if the reservation is cancelled at least 15 days in advance of arrival date, multiple room reservations and apartments 30 days, or if your reservation can be completely filled. If you should arrive after the scheduled arrival date or depart early, you will still be responsible for the full amount unless the room can be resold.
